Hi, I’m Roberto and welcome to my page. I am a chef by profession and very curious by nature and that’s precisely why I started experimenting to see if it was possible to create a crunchy snack made from Pasta.

I was born in Florence to a family of pastry chefs so grew up around great food prepared with loving care and shared together around the family table. I guess it was inevitable that I would follow in the family footsteps and carve out a career in the Kitchen.

Food is my life and Pasta in particular is my greatest love (apart from my wife of course!) and on my page I want to share with you some of my favourite recipes so you too can enjoy preparing them and then sharing them with your nearest and dearest.
